Objective:

Efficiently and effectively onboard all the healthcare professionals of MST’s Anesthesia team in the safe use of the Aisys CS2 before introducing these new anesthesia ventilator devices into the hospital.

Delivered:

In accordance with the medical technology covenant regulations LeQuest delivered a digital simulation training for the Aisys CS2. The simulation training was readily integrated within the hospital’s own Learning Management System for central data collection of performance and completion statistics.

OUTCOME:

Within four weeks, 100% of all healthcare professionals in MST’s Anesthesia department were fully knowledgeable and skilled to use GE Healthcare’s new ventilators before the device was introduced into the hospital.  

Impact:

Higher confidence amongst all healthcare professionals handling the Aisys CS2 device as well as covering the hospital’s needs for efficient and effective onboarding, also facilitating staff rotation.
